Brick wall, rack, dumbbells, lots of light. For us the two belong together – which is why the gym is right here in the same house.

Old wooden rackets hang on our walls, collected over the years. Every day they remind us where this practice comes from – and that movement is something you love as well as something you treat.

The practice is at Heilwigstraße 31A, in the red-brick building right on the roundabout – in the right-hand half of the house. Every route, parking option and connection is on the contact page.
Contact and directionsIs there parking?
Yes, two marked spaces right in front of the practice. There are more options in Isestraße – a one-way street – and in Heilwigstraße across the bridge. There are EV charging points at Isestraße 143.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. For appointments in the gym, sportswear and indoor shoes. Coming straight from the office is no problem – there are changing rooms.
