Area 05

Regeneration & Medical Performance

Recovery is not what is left over at the end. It is part of the plan, with device-based methods, infusion medicine and everything that helps the body do its work.

Who it is for

For everyone for whom treatment alone is not enough.

Stubborn tendon complaints, high training load over a whole season, persistent exhaustion, recovery after an operation. And for everyone who wants to give their body something back before something happens.

Two pillars

The area rests on two pillars.

Device-based methods such as shockwave, EmField, BFR and physical therapy support treatment and training where hands and exercise alone reach their limits.

Infusion medicine works on metabolism. It lies entirely with Lilith Laube, Heilpraktikerin (a state-licensed non-medical practitioner), osteopath and physiotherapist, who sees every infusion through in person. The two pillars work together when the findings call for it.

How it works

Four steps before anything is applied

Conversation and findings

What is the goal, and what is standing in its way right now?

Selection

Which method fits, and which we deliberately leave out.

Application

Here in the practice, in peace and with someone there.

Review

We look at what has changed and decide on the next step.

Matter-of-fact, not promises

Recovery and longevity attract a lot of promises.

We use no flat-rate packages and no application without an examination.

Instead we tell you what a method can do on today's evidence, where the evidence is still open, and when it would add little in your case.

Questions about this area

Frequently asked

The service pages carry their own questions, each specific to the topic.

Can I book these methods individually?

We use the device-based methods as a matter of principle within a treatment plan, not as a single application without an examination. With infusions we always hold a consultation first and check the indication.

Who gives the infusions?

Lilith Laube, in person. She holds the consultation, places the line and stays available throughout the infusion.

Does shockwave treatment hurt?

It is noticeable and briefly uncomfortable on sensitive spots, but easy to tolerate. The intensity is adjusted during treatment. A session takes only a few minutes.

What is BFR?

Blood flow restriction: training with very light loads while venous return is restricted. This makes it possible to stimulate muscle even when heavy weights are not yet possible, for instance early after surgery.

Will my insurer cover the cost?

We invoice privately. Private insurers and Beihilfe, the German civil-servant health subsidy scheme, reimburse to differing degrees depending on your tariff; statutory funds do not cover these services. We discuss the cost with you beforehand.
