Services that belong to this
Private physiotherapy
Physiotherapy treats complaints of the musculoskeletal system, with the hands, with targeted techniques and with active exercise. With us, private means one thing above all: you have a therapist to yourself, with enough time for examination, treatment and explanation. No three patients in parallel, no conveyor belt.
→ServiceSports physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy treats people who want to get back on the court or the pitch, not just through daily life without pain. The difference lies in what the result has to deliver: resilience under fatigue, at speed and through changes of direction. That is exactly what we work on.
→TennisHamburg's tennis practice
Yannick Lambrecht has worked as a physiotherapist on the ATP Tour since 2014. That work has grown into a focus of its own: tennis screening, injury prevention, shoulder and elbow rehabilitation, athletic training and the return to competition. For tournament players and for Saturday mornings at the club alike.
→ServiceFunctional Assessment
A structured examination of your body for stability, mobility and flexibility, not at a single joint, but across the whole movement chain. We see which areas are doing work that really belongs elsewhere. That is exactly where overload develops, often long before it hurts.
→ServiceSports diagnostics and movement analysis
Objective values instead of impressions. We capture strength, stability and movement quality in a way that can be compared again later.
→AreaRehabilitation
Back to full load-bearing capacity, not just to being free of pain. From the first day after surgery through to the return to sport.
→AreaTraining & Performance
Where therapy ends, training begins. Medical training, athletic work, mobility and breathing, built up in a structured way rather than improvised.
→ServiceAthletic training
Athletic training makes you more resilient, faster and more resistant to injury. It is built around the movement patterns of your sport, not around a machine, and it starts with an assessment, not an off-the-shelf plan.
→TennisTennis screening
An orthopaedic functional analysis of the body for stability, mobility and flexibility, aligned to the movement chain that carries the serve. We see where rotation is missing and which area is making up for it. That is exactly where the next overload develops.
