Area 04
Training & Performance
Where therapy ends, training begins. Medical training, athletic work, mobility and breathing, built up in a structured way rather than improvised.
Who it is for
For everyone who wants to become resilient again after an injury. For people with a desk-worker's back for whom exercises have not helped so far. And for athletes who want to become faster, more stable and more resistant to injury.

What often plays into this
Rehabilitation
Back to full load-bearing capacity, not just to being free of pain. From the first day after surgery through to the return to sport.
→AreaDiagnostics
We look closely before we treat. A full history, a clinical examination, functional testing, and measurement where measurement helps.
→AreaRegeneration & Medical Performance
Recovery is not what is left over at the end. It is part of the plan, with device-based methods, infusion medicine and everything that helps the body do its work.
→TennisHamburg's tennis practice
Yannick Lambrecht has worked as a physiotherapist on the ATP Tour since 2014. That work has grown into a focus of its own: tennis screening, injury prevention, shoulder and elbow rehabilitation, athletic training and the return to competition. For tournament players and for Saturday mornings at the club alike.

Frequently asked
The service pages carry their own questions, each specific to the topic.
Is this a gym?
No. You do not train alone with us but with a therapist who knows your findings. The plan follows what the examination showed and is adjusted as soon as something changes.
I've never trained with weights. Is this still for me?
Especially then. We start where you are, and the first sessions often consist of very simple movements with little or no added load. The aim is not to lift a lot but to move cleanly and repeatably.
How often should I come?
For a noticeable build-up, one or two supervised sessions a week over several weeks is a realistic framework, supplemented by a home programme. We set that together and adapt it to your daily life.
