Medical training
What this is
Training based on findings. You do not train to a standard plan but to what the examination showed, and always supervised by someone who knows why this exercise is the right one right now.

Frequently asked
Do I need prior experience?
No. We start where you are. The first sessions often consist of very simple movements with little or no added load.
Can I combine this with my gym?
Gladly. We align the programme with your other training and tell you which exercises make sense there right now and which you are better off leaving out for the moment.

What patients often look for here as well
Athletic training
Athletic training makes you more resilient, faster and more resistant to injury. It is built around the movement patterns of your sport, not around a machine, and it starts with an assessment, not an off-the-shelf plan.
→ServicePost-operative rehabilitation
After an operation, the aftercare decides the outcome at least as much as the procedure itself. We accompany you on that path from the first appointment after discharge to the point where you can fully load your leg or your shoulder again.
→ServicePrevention and physio check-up
What applies to your car applies to your body: check it regularly, before something gives out. The FUNCTIONAL MED Screen looks at mobility, strength and movement quality and shows where targeted work makes sense.
→ServiceMobility and assisted stretching
Our own assisted stretching concept brings together mobility, suppleness and recovery. Precisely guided stretches work on range of motion and tissue tension, and support recovery.

Red brick, a round arch above the door, and behind it an oval reception with tall windows. The portraits of our team hang on the doors of the treatment rooms. Plus a gym, a Performance Lab, and on the walls a collection of old wooden rackets that says where we come from.
