Acute clinic
Acute complaints, often seen the same day
When something suddenly gives out, an appointment in three weeks is no help. Register or send us an enquiry and we will try to fit you in the same day, including outside regular hours and at the weekend.
What you can come with
How it works
Register or send an enquiry
The registration form reaches us around the clock. Urgent enquiries are read at the weekend too.
Prompt examination
First we check whether it is something that needs medical assessment. If so, we tell you immediately.
Immediate treatment
In most cases we treat in the same appointment and give you something to do over the next few days.
Important note
If you suspect a fracture, or have numbness, signs of paralysis, severe swelling after a fall, or complaints with fever, please contact a doctor or the emergency department first.
Questions about this clinic
Frequently asked
Do you really treat at the weekend as well?
Yes. We are there for you at the weekend by arrangement. Send us an enquiry and we tell you what is possible in an acute case.
What does a same-day appointment cost?
Here too we invoice privately. The cost depends on the length and content of the treatment; we tell you in advance what to expect before you come.
I have statutory insurance. Can I still come?
Yes. In that case you pay for the treatment yourself. Especially in acute cases many people deliberately choose this because they get an appointment straight away.
Do I need a prescription first?
Officially a doctor's prescription is required for treatment. You can hand it in afterwards, what matters is the date on it. As a self-paying patient you need no prescription and can come straight away.

What usually goes with it
Back clinic in Hamburg
Back pain needs clarity first. We examine precisely, put joints, muscles, discs, movement and load into context, and then take you through therapy with a clear plan. For complex cases we draw on a strong network of doctors in Hamburg, across Germany and internationally.
→ClinicKnee clinic in Hamburg
The knee is a sensitive joint that is rarely the sole culprit. Very often the cause lies in the hip, in the foot, or in muscle control that never fully returned after an old injury. So we do not examine only the knee.
→ClinicShoulder clinic in Hamburg
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body and is guided almost entirely by muscle. That makes it capable and sensitive at the same time. Anyone who works overhead or plays overhead sport notices first.
→ServiceSports physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy treats people who want to get back on the court or the pitch, not just through daily life without pain. The difference lies in what the result has to deliver: resilience under fatigue, at speed and through changes of direction. That is exactly what we work on.
→AreaRegeneration & Medical Performance
Recovery is not what is left over at the end. It is part of the plan, with device-based methods, infusion medicine and everything that helps the body do its work.
→ServiceInfusion medicine
In infusion therapy, nutrients are given directly into the bloodstream. That makes sense when absorption through the gut is limited or when a targeted, short-term replenishment is the aim. With us it always begins with a conversation and, where the question calls for it, a laboratory test, we do not compose an infusion without knowing why.
→ServiceDry needling and IMES
Dry needling is a targeted treatment of tense muscle using very fine needles. Unlike acupuncture, it does not work along meridians but directly at the myofascial trigger point, the spot in the muscle that produces the pain. The needle releases the tension without any medication being used. That is exactly what "dry" means.
→The team
All our therapists treat the full spectrum, physiotherapy, manual therapy, rehabilitation and medical training. So you can rely on being in good hands with every one of them.
