Return to Sport
What this is
The stretch between "it doesn't hurt any more" and "it holds up in competition". It is the part most often skipped, and the reason many injuries come back. We close it with measurable criteria, not a gut feeling.

Questions about this service
Frequently asked
Why isn't being pain-free enough?
Because being pain-free in daily life says nothing yet about how much load you can take in sport. After an injury the affected side often remains measurably weaker without you feeling it. It is precisely that difference that raises the risk of another setback.
Who does the testing, and how long does it take?
Testing is carried out by a therapist from our team and usually takes one extended session. Afterwards we go through the values with you and give a clear recommendation.
And if the values aren't there yet?
Then we say so, and we also say what is behind it and how much longer it is likely to take. An honest answer at this point is worth more than a quick clearance.

What patients often look for here as well
Return-to-sport testing
With test batteries we developed ourselves, we check strength, jump performance, landing control, changes of direction and differences between sides under real load. That shows objectively how much load your body can already take.
→ServiceAthletic training
Athletic training makes you more resilient, faster and more resistant to injury. It is built around the movement patterns of your sport, not around a machine, and it starts with an assessment, not an off-the-shelf plan.
→ServicePost-operative rehabilitation
After an operation, the aftercare decides the outcome at least as much as the procedure itself. We accompany you on that path from the first appointment after discharge to the point where you can fully load your leg or your shoulder again.
→ServiceSports physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy treats people who want to get back on the court or the pitch, not just through daily life without pain. The difference lies in what the result has to deliver: resilience under fatigue, at speed and through changes of direction. That is exactly what we work on.
→TeamOne team, one standard
Every one of our therapists treats the full spectrum, physiotherapy, manual therapy, rehabilitation and medical training. So you can rely on being in good hands with any of them.
→ServiceFunctional Assessment
A structured examination of your body for stability, mobility and flexibility, not at a single joint, but across the whole movement chain. We see which areas are doing work that really belongs elsewhere. That is exactly where overload develops, often long before it hurts.
→ServiceBlood diagnostics and health check
A blood panel shows connections you cannot see from the outside: where inflammation markers stand, how your metabolism is working, whether important nutrients are missing. We do not turn to laboratory analysis only when a therapy stalls, often we use it from the start, as a second pillar alongside treatment.
→AreaTherapy
Everything we do with our hands and with targeted techniques, from classical physiotherapy through to dry needling.
→Testing before clearance, book with no obligation.
